The LED based surface radiator provides a homogeneous light field of 10 by 10cm or 10 by 5cm. The adjustable optical output power is more than 2mW per cm².

Beyond this contribution to the measurement technology the system provides an optional calibration port to automatically recalibrate the output power of the LED surface radiator to the value prescribed in the CEN/TS 16599 norm. This option can be used by the customer in the field and exemplary shows the easy handling and controlling of the system.
